We provide property development finance, including ‘ground up’ funding. Everything from single dwellings to larger, multiple unit housing estates. We can also fund office to residential conversions. We can fund up to 70% of the finished value or Gross Development Value (GDV) and we can arrange drawdowns within hours of receiving the monitoring surveyors report.
We are a principal lender that can fund loans up to 75% of its current value or 80% if refurbishing the property and we can also provide 100% of the refurb costs. This is done via a combination of private and institutional funding. We offer loans between £100,000 and £1,500,000. All loans subject to full valuation and credit committee approval.
