Say hello to Lisa Price.
Lisa joined Breeze Capital in August 2023 and has already proved herself to be a valuable addition to the team.
Lisa is married to local Rugby legend ‘Pricey’ and they live in North Wales just a 30 minute drive from our offices in Chester.
If you want to book a holiday, buy a pair of shoes or choose a restaurant to visit, Lisa will organise it, compare options, create a spreadsheet, find a discount code and generally ‘admin’ the life out of it.
When she isn’t organising things, she also enjoys rollerblading through the streets of Broughton and is a 2nd Dan in Taekwondo.
We are delighted she is onboard and are looking forward to working with her for many years to come. So…Step forward Lisa and tell us a little bit more about yourself.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The people, Mark and Natalie are both lovely and have made me feel so welcomed.
Favourite musician?
Will Young, I’ve loved him since he won Pop Idol in 2002!
Favourite film or TV series?
‘Friends’ is definitely my favourite TV series. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve watched it. My friends even say that I’m a real-life Monica…
How do you relax outside of work?
Sounds very boring but by sitting on the sofa with a cup of tea and some chocolate whilst watching Friends.
If you could change anything about your life up until this point, would you and if so, what would it be?
To be honest, No, I wouldn’t change anything. I’m a big believer that everything happens for a reason. I’ve learnt from all my mistakes; they’ve made me a bigger and better person. I’m happy with where I am in my life and how I got here.
Who has had the biggest influence in your life, professional or personal?
My Mum. I’ve always looked up to her, she is the strongest, bravest, and most inspirational person I know.
Biggest success to date, professional or personal
I’d probably say achieving a 2:1 in my degree, a lot of blood, sweat and tears went into that!
What brings you most happiness?
Spending time with my family and friends.
What’s your least favourite trait in other people?
100% Selfishness.
And your favourite thing about people?
This is a difficult one…would it be bad if I say that I prefer Dogs to most people?

Summarise your career to date and how you came to work at Breeze Capital
My first job after Uni was a PPI case worker at M&S bank, I was there for 2 years. Then I became a Payouts Officer at White Oak (previously LDF), 3 years later, and various job title name changes, I was promoted to Deal Processing Team Leader.
After 2 years as Team Leader, I decided I fancied a change and moved to be a Finance Administrator at a local business (an ecological and arboricultural consultancy firm). Unfortunately, this role wasn’t for me, and it made me realise that my skills set is more suited to Financial services.
So, when searching for a job in the industry, the role at Breeze Capital came up. The job description sounded right up my street, I applied and 2 interviews later, well here we are 😊
